How Our Network Works

Who you talk to
When you reach out, you are connected with an independent tree removal provider in our network. That provider is a local business. They look at your tree, explain the job, and do the work if you hire them.
Chestrush Tree Service stays in the background. We are the introduction, not the crew.
What happens on the first call
Expect a few simple questions. The provider may ask about the tree's size, its location, and why it worries you. Photos can help. If a tree has fallen, say whether it touches a roof, a fence, a power line, or a driveway.
The provider will usually explain whether a visit is needed. Many can describe a likely price range, but a firm number comes in writing after they see the tree.
What to ask a provider
A few good questions make the whole job feel easier:
- Is your quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Does the price cover cleanup and hauling?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn, and crawl space vents?
- Do you carry insurance for the work? Ask to see proof.
- How soon can you schedule the job?
Note that the answers are the provider's, not ours. We cannot speak for their work.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask follow-up questions, or wait. If a price feels unclear, say so. A good provider will explain it.
Get it in writing. A written quote protects both sides and lets you review it without pressure.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Request a callback to check provider availability. If you would rather write first, send a request and share a few details about your tree.
Or ask for a written estimate and review it at your own pace.
